工业气体子母罐
工业气体子母罐是指由多个盛装LN2、LO2、LAr的子罐并联后按一定的排列方式置于填充绝热材料的母罐中的储罐。对空分装置产出或者钢厂后备系统需要分别存储液氧、液氮、液氩等产品，而场地受限，需要尽量缩小占地的较为适用。

产品构造
低温液体子母罐由多台子罐、一座母罐和相应的工艺管线及阀门、仪表等构成。子罐：作为盛装低温介质的主容器，采用奥氏体不锈钢S30408材料;子罐为立式圆筒形支腿结构，根据容积大小按一定的排列方式将4只、7只或10只子罐通过管道将全部或分组的各子罐气、液相进行连通。
母罐：作为绝热系统的保护壳体，通常采用Q345R/16MnDR材料。母罐将全部子罐容纳其中，并采用粉末堆积绝热进行保冷，保证储存介质尽量少的气化。
